We are a group of Muslims in the Edmonton area running a local chapter of Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), a registered charitable organization in Canada. For the last 15 years, we have been engaged in various activities for the betterment of the Muslim community as well as the Canadian society at large. These activities include but are not limited to relief efforts for humanitarian causes, da'wah & outreach, civic engagements, education & development and more.
Our goal is to seek the pleasure of Allah (SWT) by total submission to Him, and through the propagation of the true and universal message of Islam.
Our vision is to build an exemplary Muslim-Canadian community – A community that sets a path toward personal excellence in faith, worship and morality and shares the basis for the moral, social and economic development of Canadian society.
Guided by the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him), we aim to cultivate a holistic educational environment that nurtures the intellectual, spiritual, moral, and social development of our community. We strive to instill a deep understanding and love for Islam, encouraging Muslims to embody the principles of faith, compassion, and integrity in their daily lives.
Our goal is to empower our members to become knowledgeable, responsible, and ethical leaders who contribute positively to their communities and the world. Additionally, we aim to equip our members with the critical thinking skills and knowledge necessary to discern and reject false ideologies, ensuring they remain steadfast in their faith and values.
